Pricing

    Transparent pricing, no surprises.

Most cleaning companies make you chase them for a price. We don't think that's how a trusted partnership should start. This page explains exactly how we price our cleaning, what shapes your quote, and what's always included — so you can compare us fairly and know precisely what you're paying for.

    What shapes your quote

Every workspace is different, so we price each contract individually.

    Five things shape your quote:

The size and layout of your space

Square footage, number of floors, washrooms, kitchens and breakout areas all affect how long a clean takes.

    How often you need us

Daily, several times a week, weekly or one-off — frequency is usually the biggest single factor in your monthly cost.

    The type of cleaning

Standard office maintenance, deep cleans, clinical and healthcare cleaning, washroom hygiene, carpet and floor care, or window cleaning. Specialist work (like CQC-aligned clinical cleaning) requires trained operatives and specific protocols.

    When the work happens

Out-of-hours, early-morning or weekend cleaning is sometimes priced differently to daytime work.

    Consumables and extras

Whether you'd like us to manage supplies — soap, paper, bin liners, eco-refills — as part of your service.

    How we price

    Step by step.

    Step 1

    A quick conversation

Tell us about your space and what you need. Two minutes on the phone or our online quote form gets us started.

    Step 2

    A free site visit

For most contracts we visit in person (free, no obligation) so we quote accurately on what's actually there — not a guess. No nasty 'revised' invoice later.

    Step 3

    A clear, fixed quote

You receive a tailored proposal with a fixed regular price and a plain-English breakdown of exactly what's included. No hidden charges.

    Step 4

    A clean that's accountable

Once you're a client, you get a named account manager, regular quality checks, and a simple way to flag anything — so the service you're paying for is the service you get.

    What's always included

Whatever your contract, every Tidyee clean includes:

Fully DBS-vetted, trained and insured cleaning operatives
Staff paid the Real Living Wage — better-treated teams stay longer and clean better
Eco-friendly products and methods as standard
Supervision and quality checks, not just a key-holder who disappears
A named account manager who actually answers the phone
Full public liability insurance and the right accreditations (BICSc, SafeContractor, CHAS)
    A guide to cost

    Tailored, not templated.

Pricing is tailored, but to give you a sense of scale, office cleaning typically starts from around £18/hour or roughly £350/month for a small office. The best way to get an accurate number is a free quote — it takes minutes.

Indicative figures only. Final pricing depends on site survey, specification and access — subject to our T&Cs.

    Honestly though…

Why we're not the cheapest — and why that's a good thing.

You can always find someone cheaper. Usually it means staff paid below the Real Living Wage, high turnover, no supervision, and a clean that quietly slips.

We price to do it properly: trusted people, consistent standards, and a 95% client renewal rate that says we get it right. Cleaning is one of the few services where the cheapest quote almost always costs more in the end.
