    Who are Tidyee?
    Tidyee is a commercial cleaning company with more than 25 years in commercial cleaning, formerly known as The Clean Network. We clean offices, clinics and shops from offices in London, Manchester and Norwich.
    Which areas do you cover?
    All 32 London boroughs, Greater Manchester and Norfolk, from our offices in Shoreditch, Whitefield and Norwich's Elm Hill.
    Is The Clean Network still trading?
    The Clean Network is now Tidyee. Same team and same standards, with a new name. Existing contracts carry on as normal.

    Pricing and contracts

    How much does commercial cleaning cost?
    Our rates start from £20 per hour. The total depends on the size of your premises, how often you need cleaning and what's included. Try our cleaning cost calculator for a guide price, or ask for a free fixed quote.
    Do you tie clients into long contracts?
    No. Our contracts have fair notice periods. We keep 95% of clients because of the service, not the small print.
    Do you offer one-off cleans?
    Yes. We carry out one-off deep cleans, after-builders cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans as well as regular contracts.

    Our staff

    Are your cleaners vetted?
    Yes. Every operative is interviewed, reference-checked and DBS-checked, and is employed directly by Tidyee rather than through an agency.
    Do you pay the Real Living Wage?
    Yes. We are a Living Wage Employer.
    Will we have the same cleaner each time?
    Yes, wherever possible. A consistent team learns your building, and you have a named account manager to contact.

    The service

    Can you clean outside working hours?
    Yes. We clean early mornings, evenings, overnight, at weekends or during the day, whatever suits you.
    What products do you use?
    Plant-based and enzyme-based products wherever they do the job, with specialist chemistry only where needed, for example in clinical areas. COSHH data sheets are provided.
    Do you clean GP surgeries and dental practices?
    Yes. We clean to the NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and support CQC inspections with schedules and records.
    Are you insured and accredited?
    Yes. We carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance, are BICSc members and SafeContractor approved.
    What if we're not happy with a clean?
    Tell your account manager and we'll put it right, usually within 24 hours, at no extra cost.
