Do you provide linen and laundry?+
Bed making, linen changes and towel replacement can be included. We agree who supplies clean linen and how used linen is handled; laundry is not automatically included.
Can you replenish guest supplies?+
Yes, as agreed in your property plan. Tell us which consumables and kitchen supplies you use so sourcing, quantities and charges are clear before work starts.
Can you guarantee a same-day changeover?+
Share the check-out and check-in times when enquiring. The team confirms whether the turnaround, access and scope can be accommodated before accepting the visit.
How is housekeeping priced?+
We assess apartment size, condition, facilities and the tasks needed for each visit. Linen handling, consumables and specialist work are set out in the agreed quote.
