London combines the City’s financial and professional offices with creative workspaces in Shoreditch, retail destinations in the West End and neighbourhood high streets across the boroughs.
We build each commercial cleaning plan around the building, rather than assuming every London site works like a city-centre office. Share the occupied floors, shared facilities and opening hours; we’ll agree access and the time required for each visit.

Plan your cleaningRooms, tasks, frequency and specialist work are agreed before your team starts.

Share your current finish date and any handover requirements so we can agree the start and access arrangements.
Two cleaner-hours cost £42 before VAT, plus £2 for optional Tidyee cleaning products. The total is £52.80 including VAT with Tidyee products, or £50.40 if you supply your own. Facilities, extra space and specialist tasks can increase the time or require a separate quote.
Your agreed specification sets the priorities. Routine tasks can cover accessible work surfaces, bins, floors, kitchens and washrooms. The amount completed depends on the area, facilities and condition; two hours is not a promise to clean every size of building.
Choose Tidyee products at £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT, or supply your own at no extra charge. Toilet paper, hand soap, bin liners and other ongoing consumables are agreed separately where required.
Ask the Tidyee team for help and share desk numbers, toilets, kitchens and floors. We need to assess the cleanable area and confirm scope and price before taking payment. A desk count alone is not a fixed-area quote.
Choose the days and arrival window you prefer. We confirm the available team and building access before booking. Let us know about visitors, trading hours, alarms and any security induction.
Choose every other week, weekly or several visits each week. The price is per clean, with payment due before the visit. Regular plans require 30 days’ cancellation notice.
Tidyee provide our spaces daily with a high level of cleaning, care, and communication. Any issues that may arise are swiftly communicated and handled attentively.
The management of the contract by Ben and the team is always professional and empathetic, which is honestly a breath of fresh air. All deeper cleans are effectively executed and the results have delighted us.
Having worked with larger cleaning companies over the last 10 years, the advantages of working with a smaller organisation such as Tidyee has been shorter lines of communication and commitment to client services.
