Does an assessment include remedial work?
No remedial work is assumed. Any repairs, installations or further inspections need a separate agreed scope.
Does booking guarantee compliance?
No. The assessment informs the responsible person’s decisions and follow-up actions; a booking alone does not establish compliance.
How are labour and materials charged?
