    What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect the details you give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, postcode, information about your premises and your message. If you apply for a job we also collect the details in your application.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

    How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide and manage our services, process job applications and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, and legal obligation.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

    Who we share it with

Website forms are delivered to our team by email through FormSubmit, a form-handling service. We also use trusted suppliers for hosting, email and IT. They only process your data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

    How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to two years if it doesn't lead to a contract, client records for six years after the contract ends for legal and accounting reasons, and unsuccessful job applications for six months.

    Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email partnerships@tidyee.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

    Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed, how people arrive here, and whether a contact form was sent or a phone number tapped. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics only sets its cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>, kept for up to two years) if you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.

Google may process this information outside the UK, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask on every visit. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
