Count the facilities
List toilets, basins, showers and changing areas separately. Include shared facilities on every floor in the cleanable area and tell your provider when usage is highest.
Set the routine
Agree the surfaces, fixtures and touchpoints included in each visit. Use dedicated washroom equipment and the site’s approved products, following label instructions and any required protective measures.
Plan replenishment
Decide who orders and replaces soap, toilet paper, hand towels and liners. These supplies are separate from cleaning labour. Keep an accessible stock location and a simple way to report low levels.
Record issues promptly
Leaks, damaged fittings and blocked outlets are maintenance requests. Tell the site contact what you found and restrict access where necessary. Specialist waste collections and hygiene services need their own arrangements.
