Tidyee products cost £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT (£1.20 including VAT). Or supply your own at no extra charge. Your selection is included in the quoted total.
Name the consumables
Soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and bin liners should be listed separately. Record who supplies them, where they are stored and whether replenishment is part of the visit.
Avoid duplicate ordering
Keep a simple stock list and nominate one person to approve orders. Tell the team about existing products, surface care requirements and any approved-product policy.
Review the invoice against the plan
Compare the agreed labour, materials and consumables with the charges shown. Ask the team to clarify an unfamiliar item before adding it to the recurring budget.
