Start with the time per visit
Use the full cleanable area to allocate one base cleaner-hour per 1,000 sq ft, add facilities time and round the total up to half-hours, with a 2-hour minimum. A 2,000 sq ft workplace starts with 2 cleaner-hours before facilities time, at £21.00 per hour before VAT.

Examples include floor-area labour, a 2-hour minimum and optional Tidyee products at £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT. Facilities add time before half-hour rounding. Specialist work is separate. Scope, site suitability and availability are confirmed before booking.
Pay before each visit
Your first clean is paid for when booking. Further visits are charged individually before they take place. The table shows a weekly budget, not a four-week payment. Every-other-week cleaning uses the same per-visit rate, with a visit every two weeks.
Include the separate costs
The quote includes optional Tidyee products at £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT. Washroom consumables and periodic specialist work need a separate agreement. Agree what is supplied, how often it is needed and who approves changes.
Plan for changes
Regular plans require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Agreed visits up to the cancellation date are paid individually in advance. Review the current terms and confirmed quote before starting.
