Your starting point
Routine cleaning labour is £21.00 per cleaner-hour before VAT (£25.20 including 20% VAT). Allow one base hour for each 1,000 sq ft, add facilities time, then round the combined total up to the next half-hour, with a 2-hour minimum.
The floor-area component for 1,500 sq ft is 1.5 hours. Facilities add time before the final allocation is rounded up. Cleaner-hours measure the total labour allocated; the number of cleaners attending is confirmed separately.

What changes the quote?
Include all the space you want cleaned, including kitchens, washrooms and circulation areas. The site condition, facilities, specialist tasks and access arrangements can require an individual assessment.
Choose Tidyee products at £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT, or supply your own at no extra charge. A larger space or extra tasks need an agreed adjustment to the scope and price.
From one visit to a regular plan
The same per-clean price applies to each visit on your agreed schedule. Your card is saved securely when booking and charged before each scheduled clean. Frequency changes your overall budget, not the amount charged for a single visit.
