One visit, clearly scoped
A one-off routine clean uses the same £21.00 hourly labour rate before VAT. The base allocation is one cleaner-hour per 1,000 sq ft, plus facilities time, rounded up to half-hours with a 2-hour minimum. Optional Tidyee products add £1 per cleaner-hour before VAT; you can supply your own.

Routine clean or deep clean?
The condition matters. An office that has been regularly maintained is different from a heavily soiled space or one just vacated by builders. Deep cleaning, carpet extraction and specialist tasks need their own assessment.

Agree the area, task list, available access and final price. Payment for a routine one-off clean is taken before the visit; there is no recurring renewal.
